Bug Description
Binary package hint: f-spot
when using a screen with a vertical resolution that is less than 700 pixels the dialog does not fit on the screen. There is no need for all the additional space to be included in the dialog as much of it is empty. Reducing the size of the objects or making the dialog scalable will solve this usability issue.

I checked 0.4.1-1, and the dialog is resizable there. The issue is that it does not remember its size.
