Bug Description
If F-Spot is to replace Shotwell as the new default photo manager, it needs to migrate photos from Shotwell on first run. This is critical. Many users will not or cannot migrate from Shotwell to F-Spot if they would lose all their tags, modifications, Favourites, and ratings [pgoodall].
