Binary package hint: ez-ipupdate
if you're behind a router, ez-ipupdate does not update the dynamic dns with the proper ip address (it uses the internal ip address assigned by the router)

attached is a fix that adds a "web" option to the config file. if "web" is specified in the config file, ez-ipupdate will us a web based ip lookup (in the way that ddclient does it). this adds a dependency on libcurl.
also requires a change to Makefile.am, and configure.in
