Exo-open no longer gives new terminal or thunar windows focus

exo-open --launch TerminalEmulator/FileManager opens without focus

Expected behaviour: Keyboard shortcuts or Panel launchers for "exo-open --launch TerminalEmulator" and "exo-open --launch FileManager" will open xfce4-terminal and thunar with their window raised and focused.

Actual behaviour: xfce4-terminal and thunar opened and were raised but the they were not given focus.

Details:
I originally thought this was caused by a change in the Windows Manager. I tried tweaking the focus settings but didn't get the expected result.

"exo-open --launch WebBrowser %u" and "exo-open --launch MailReader %u" launched and focused on Firefox and Thunderbird as expected.

Resolution:
I replaced "exo-open --launch TerminalEmulator" in the panel launcher and keyboard shortcut with "xfce4-terminal" and they worked with focus. Likewise with thunar.

Opening "exo-preferred-applications" I changed the preferred file manager from the set "Thunar" to "Other..." and entered "thunar". For the terminal I changed from the set "Xfce Terminal" to another preset, "Debian X Terminal Emulator".

I should have mentioned. This unexpected behaviour just started this week. It was working with expected behaviour previousliy.

This appears to be fixed with update to "exo-utils 0.10.4-1ubuntu1" and may be closed.
