Bug #186545 reported by kripken on 2008-01-28
Affects Status Importance Assigned to Milestone
exmap (Ubuntu)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: exmap

After installing the exmap package, and even after a reboot, gexmap fails to run:

$ sudo gexmap
Can't find file /proc/exmap: please check kernel module is loaded
Can't get system info

Not a bug... You need to install and compile kernel module to use exmap.
Install package exmap-modules-source
Use module-assistant to compile it
Use modprobe to install it (you should also add it to /etc/modules to load it at startup)
