  * Rebase on Debian, remaining Ubuntu changes: (LP: #1269181)
  * debian/patches/libtool-ppc64el.diff:
    - Apply libtool patch for powerpc*le-linux support, copied from libtool
      2.4.2-1.3ubuntu2.
  * debian/patches/config-updates.diff:
    - Update config.{guess,sub} for AArch64.
