Bug Description
Binary package hint: exim4-base
On a fresh installation of Ubuntu Server 6.10 with exim4-daemon-heavy added, the /var/run/exim4 directory doesn't seem to be created.
This means exim4 can't create a PID file which causes problems with scripts.
