Unable to add an appointment in Evolution

Happens when I try to save a new appointment.

This is the two actual error messages I get:
1:) "Ugyldig verdi for tid"
2:) "Valideringsfeil: Starttid er feil"

The hour field is empty when the dialogue box opens.

It works fine if I change the language to english.

I guess it's the same problem as bug #58210.

I just found out that it will work if I input the time as hh.mm (instead of hh:mm).

I also found out that the same bug happens in the settings dialogue box when trying to change time values using the drop down list.
