Cannot change to Evolution via alt tab or Launcher

Bug Description
Evolution is not switchable by clicking on it's icon in the launcher and does not show up in the list of applications when using the alt-tab method of switching.

Not sure what was happening but this is no longer a problem, please close/delete the bug.
