Evolution 3.2.2 inbox will not connect to Microsoft 2010 exchange server whereas calendar and created folders will.. error message - No such table: mem.Mailbox. Using Mapi to connect to server

Evolution calendar sort of works. Cannot create meetings.
Sent folder loads.
Drafts folder loads
Sent folder partially loads. 3/4 of the emails miss their sender information in list.
Tasks has some history and won't load new ones.
Contacts won't load
