Evolution email won't send/recieve emails since last update

Using Ubuntu 11.04 - the Natty Narwhal - released in April 2011 and supported until October 2012.
Evolution version: 2.32.2-0ubuntu7 (evolution)

I expected the email system to work as it did before 7 Feb 2012 when I last accepted upgrade material.

Now, when I bring up a compose message form it does not show a place for email address nor subject line. I can still read my contacts lists & all previous emails but can no longer connect to my server through Evolution.
