SMTP error "DATA command failed: Connection timed out"

Similar bug is reported for 8.04, but it's closed as invalid.

The problem happens when sending mail from any mail client with attachment or lager text inside and only to one mail service.
I have Gmail account also and have no problem sending mail.
Other Windows machines in the network have no problem sending mail to any provider, so I am excluding router misconfiguration which was the reason for making bug #397596 invalid.
