Bug Description

Evolution defaults to caldav:// as the prefix to all caldav calendars and does not allow overriding the value. (Entry is replaced after saving and applying). Yahoo calendar requires https://caldav.calendar.yahoo.com, which Evolution ignores and overlays with caldav://caldav.calendar.yahoo.com. Impossible to link to Yahoo calendar or contacts with this bug. Evolution prior versions were able to link/sync with Yahoo calendar/contacts. Not certain when this error was introduced, but beleive it has existed since at least April of 2011.
