Fails to connect to imap more than once

I'm connecting to an IMAP server I control with SSL encryption and password.

When I start evolution, it connects and downloads. After that successful connection, the next connection just hangs. When I try to cancel, the cancel hangs too.

This doesn't happen in evolution 3.2.0
