Contacts - new view disregards first sort entry

Name: test
Type of view: Table

Sort
Top/first sort entry is disregarded. It uses second, third, and fourth entries only.

In addition,

Regardless of the Sort order entered, contacts with Notes are put at the end of
the list sorted by Note in Ascending order.
