Evolution is not loading imap email folder - keeps running and running and running with no error messages

It won't error out and when I try to cancel it, it says that it cant connect to the server. It was working 5 minutes ago. i haven't changed the config. I have network as everything else is working fine including my ability to browse the internet. The server is still up because I get to the webmail on it and log in :/

In my configuration (IMAP to exchange 2010), disabling the option "Show only subscribed folders" in the account parameters "Receiving options" tab solved this issue.
