No Help in Evolution Mail

Bug Description

When I select either Help->Contents or Help->Quick Reference in Evolution Mail,
nothing happens.
I currently have:

   evolution 2.0.1-0ubuntu2
   evolution-data-server 1.0.1-0ubuntu2
   evolution-exchange 2.0.1-0ubuntu1
   evolution-webcal 2.0.0-0ubuntu1

   * debian/control:
     - Build-Depends on gtk-doc-tools.
   * debian/rules:
     - use --enable-gtk-doc to build the documentation (Warty: #2075).
