Missing package evolution-groupwise (no Groupwise support in Evolution)

There is no Groupwise support in Evolution. Existing accounts do not work, and new ones cannot be created.
It appears that the package groupwise-evolution provides this functionality, but is missing in Ubuntu 11.10
The source is listed on the Evolution Download Page: http://projects.gnome.org/evolution/download

Is Groupwise no longer supported in Ubuntu?

I was able to get it working by grabbing binary packages from Arch Linux and creating my own evolution-groupwise package:
