Bug Description
Recent versions of evolution took away the ability to create IMAP folders. This seemed to work with some versions of 3.x, but this has been broken for (at least) a few weeks. My IMAP configuration has not changed and I do not see any errors on the IMAP server.
Steps to reproduce:
1. connect to an IMAP server (in my case, dovecot on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS)
2. Right-click on the Inbox for the IMAP account (can also do 'File/New/Mail Folder' or 'New/Mail Folder'-- none work)
3. select 'New folder...'
4. At this point I am presented with the 'Create FOlder' dialog box, but under 'Specify where to create the folder' I only have 'On the computer' and 'Search Folders'
Right now I have to create folder on the server for them to show up in evolution, but this is highly undesirable.

If I change my server type in evolution from IMAP to IMAP+, it seems to work.
