Hello!
For first, sorry for my English :)
Welcome (wizard) window can not be placed in screen (resolution 1024x600), on my Toshiba AC100 :(
Please make it work around.

You know that you can move windows with Alt-<left mouse button drag> ?
This is a workaround, but often needed on such small screens...
