Evolution does not show password dialogue when clicking on a "mailto" link

If you have setup evolution and forgot to put the password in the SMTP settings or typed the password incorrectly, when you click on a "mailto" link in a website, the e-mail will just get put in the "Outbox" and not get sent.

You have to open Evolution, send the message that's in the "Outbox" and then the password dialogue will appear. This password dialogue should appear when you click on a mailto link in a website - and the password is blank or incorrect.
