Dialogue initially appears un-maximaxised [no nsurprise there] but... on maximising it does not not fully maximise, leaving required buttons to click barely showing. On attempting to click any button in this state, the dialogue un-maximises again. When maximised the 'Cancel' / "apply" buttons are barely visible... only possible to continue by guesssing keyboard shortcut for Apply is <Alt> <A>.
