MAPI account on Exchange 2010 shows only favorites folder in mail

Binary package hint: evolution

GAL works, Calendar does not.
I tried to remove and add the account.
Adding works, authentication also when using secure.
Finally when the mail account is loaded, there is only an empty Favorites folder.
All other folders are missing.
Access to the GAL is possible, the Calendar does not seem to work.

update from gnome bug : the folders issue seems to be fixed, but there are calendar sync issues in that fixed version.
