I have changed to Thunderbird. And you ?
I thing the Bug should not change to incomplete if here is no info from developers about patch.
The bug will not disappear from itself. Why do you want to kill this bug report ?

Because 10.10 reached end of life.

If developers of Evolution didn't take note/care about this Bug yet, then ...
You did yours job - to report it. Thanks. Unfortunately - many/most bug reports ends that way :-(

But many of the described bugs are solved too, and bug managing will improve over time. Just look two releases ago: the beta of 13.04 was jet more stable than 12.10, and with less design defects than 12.04-LTS.

On the other hand, now I'm member of Ubuntu BugControl with so much more ability in bug management than when I wrote this report. I'm impressed how much quality and attention my bugs reports have get.
