Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

running ubuntu lucid post beta2 on netbook with screen size 1024x600

when replying to a message it is shown on the bottom of the window an area for attachments. when clicking on the plus before 'Show Attachment Bar' makes the whole window jump upwards so that the top is covered by the top panel. But then clicking anywhere makes the window jump up and down, and you can't hit any item on the screen, like in these catch-me-if-you-can plays.

I noticed that on the AFTER screenshot the bottom of the top panel is visible, although the screenshot was taken with 'Alt Print', so only the window, excluding the panel, should have been in the screenshot

This bug appears in several places :

1) the general tab in the preferences dialog is to long for standard netbook screens with 1024*600 pixels.
2) The minimum window size of the email and agenda view is some pixels too large.
The result is that the window manager tries to adapt the window position every click and
the window starts "jumping" left and right.

The latter bug is _very_ annoying and very easy to fix!
