I also can confirm that this is still an issue in natty. Besides the fact that several settings dialogs are too high to fit on the screen - making it rather hard to hit the buttons on the bottom (requires maximizing and even then the dialogs behave strangly, scrolling up or down on any click inside so that you have to use tab and enter to press the buttons) - the main screen also behaves utterly strange; I can not resize the window splitting (grabbing the splitter has no effect) and quite often simple actions like changing the folder might result in misplacement of groups of UI elemnts.

Screen resolution is 1024x600 using Unity.
