Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

Ubuntu 9.04, Evolution 2.26.1-0ubuntu2:

I set an event in Evolution's calendar and the alert did not appear until an hour after it was set because the timezone setting in evolution was set to the wrong timezone.

Evolution should either default to the system setting as set during install or in time-admin.

Fixed? Where? When?

Obviously If I am running 9.04 and experiencing it then the fix isn't out yet right?

It makes little sense to say the bug is fixed and not list any other details.

Tacking on to the last rant, normally when a bug has already been reported it is marked as a duplicate. I searched for this before posting and I've seen bugs reported as duplicates improperly in the past so where is the duplicate so I can confirm?
