Yes, but how do I fix it. Should I download Evolution again and install
it over the current version? If so, will I lose my messages?

I have the same problem. Also cannot expunge messages from the Inbox.

But I don't know how to fix it at all. And, I do not think that I'm using fetchmail. Not to my knowledge.
I am also using Thunderbird.

I am on Linux Ubuntu.
