Can't change font size for printing messages in evolution, and default size is too large

I've changed my font size for messages to be fairly small, 8pt. However, when I
print a message, the font size which is used is huge. I swear, it looks like
it's 14 or 16pt. In any case, I can't seem to find any place in the
preferences to change the printouts. This single item stops me from ever
printing out a message. The font size is so large, that it arbitrarily wraps
lines that weren't wrapped in the message yet still preserves the existing new
lines resulting in text that looks like this:

First line proceeds normally all the way to the edge, but is one word too long
so
it like this.

Yep. Evolution. I have this exact same problem with font size when printing. It was INSANELY large on printed paper. I have to tape the paper on the wall and read it from a comfort distance (literally).

There are quite few threads on this issue at ubuntuforums. Thus, it has been NOT resolved for a long time. Past due.

With the current version in Feisty, fonts went from being too large to too small.

Funny thing, I am printing mails fine with a good font. But when I try to print tasks, I get the described result.
That's not really usable, especially when you have a long text in a task, Evo doesn't make any line break.
I'm using ubuntu 7.10 with Evo 2.12.1-0

The mail printing bug seems to be fixed since Evolution moved to gtk-print. I have tried changing the font size on Evolution's configuration and the print preview responds to it perfectly.

I think the bug should be closed.
