Bug Description
Binary package hint: evolution
When using imap on gmail, on some accounts (but not all) I get a blank folder that I cannot delete or unsubscribe to. Also, some folders seem to be duplicated unnecessarily. Please see my screenshot. The blank folder is under the Inbox and then there are two trash folders and two sent items folders. Technically, there are three of each if you count what is in the [Gmail] folder. Additionally, when I receive new mail it shows up both in Inbox and in [Gmail]/All Mail as new which is a bit of a nuisance.
I am using Hardy Heron 32-bit with the latest updates.
