Bug Description

It is not possible to receive mail using the POP3 protocol if the server supports the UTF8 Unicode capability. It is required to remove the flag to the "Enable UTF-8 Extension, when the server supports it" option in server configuration.
The problem seems to be that Evolution sends the following commands to the POP3 server:

CAPA
UTF8USER loginname
PASS password

As you can see, there is a missing newline after the UTF8 command.

I verified this by sniffing the traffic at both client and server sides, with SSL disabled.
