Bug Description

1)The release of Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Release: 18.04

2)The version of the package
evolution:
  Installed: 3.28.5-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
  Candidate: 3.28.5-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
  Version table:
 *** 3.28.5-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 500
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic-updates/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     3.28.1-2 500
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic/universe amd64 Packages

The problem is very similar to https://mail.gnome.org/archives/evolution-list/2016-November/msg00063.html, which describes the problem very well.

3)What I expect
I use the Evolution for OWA with a dark theme and "Inherit theme colors in HTML mode" turned OFF. The editor works very well as described in the aforementioned mailing list and sends messages with the white background even though I am editing them with a dark background. When I save, I expect to be able to reopen the email and continue editing without any changes. I expect the saved copy to be exactly the same as if I was going to send it so that I can open it on any other machine and send it exactly as if I had sent it instead of saving it.

4)What happens instead
The problem comes in when I save the HTML message and then re-open it from the server in another editor. This only really happens when I start editing on one computer and finish on another because I am missing a file to attach or something. It appears as though the HTML changes to match the theme are saved to the server.

Thank you!
