Copy/paste to message body does not work on Bionic

Bug Description

Wether using ctrl-v nor context menu or middle mouse button works to paste text (plain text) into message body on Ubuntu Bionic.

(On Debian Stretch it is working fine)

evolution 3.28.1-1 has several bad bugs. Please wait a few hours for 3.28.1-2 to be published to Ubuntu 18.04 and see if the upgrade fixes this issue too.
