Bug Description

I installed evolution in Ubuntu 17.10 with the ubuntu software manager. The system uses german language. It seems, that for evolution the language pack is missing, because the ui is english.

This issue was already reported as bug 1702759. Hopefully, it will be fixed in the next language pack update which should happen soon.
