Same for me also, except :1.13. Evolution worked for several days but now none of my gmail accounts work (but outlook.com address does work). I also sometimes get an associated error of:

Failed to open folder
The reported error was “Failed to authenticate: The name :1.13 was not provided by any .service files”.

There is currently some kind of workaround for this error.

Just open up a terminal and enter:

evolution --force-shutdown

This causes all Evolution related processes to be shut down. They will be re-started if Evolution is started the next time, and as the inter-process communication is re-established, the error will disappear.

Still the case, at Mint 20, Evolution 3.36.5-0ubuntu1

The work around from Jacob still works well, evolution --force-shutdown.

Still present in jammy jellyfish
evolution 3.44.1-0ubuntu1

Jacob's workaround does not work consistently.
