Bug Description

Evolution correctly highlights misspelled words. When I see a misspelled word I right click the word and choose the correct spelling from a list. Since upgrading this does not change the spelling in the text, nothing happens when I click the correct spelling from the list.

May I add: I misspelled a few words, and as described above, clicking on the proper spelling did not change them, so I corrected them manually and that worked for all but one word: Imbecile. No matter what I did the red underline kept reappearing, even after I deleted it and typed it anew! The spell checking in Evolution has always been shaky like that: Highlighting correctly spelled words, whole rows of words, and the highlight remaining after correction.

This problem is in addition to a few others, and the whole spell check system needs a closer look at.

If This helps: I use both English and German, and have corrections for both no matter which language I am using at the time. Other programs have the document's language set somewhere and only spell check that language. It is required to switch languages in order to also switch the spell check to that language. I think having spell checkers in more than one language running at the same time may be a part of the problem.
