Bug Description

A vFolder over an imap account doesn't work. I had one created to work over
"local and active remote folders" and nothing showed up. I had to specifically
add the inbox folder of my imap4 account as one of the sources to make it work.

Evolution 2.2.0-ubuntu3

that works fine here. What kind of account do you use ? How have you configured
the vfolder ?

The configuration of the vFolder is as follows:

Conditions:
Label is Important
Status is Important

Options:
Include threads: Replies and parents
Execute actions: If any criteria is met

Sources: with all local and active remote folders

As I said before, the vFolder works if I specifically add the INBOX folder of my
imap account.

upstream comment:

"does it work with plain imap, and not imap4?

sure works for me.

you also have to visit the folder first (hence the 'active remote' bit), unless
you choose 'remote folders' instead of 'active remote folders'."

can you reply to this?

Ok, I tried with an imap account (not imap4) and it works. I still cannot make
it work with my imap4 account. I did "activate" each account and folder by
clicking in one of their messages. I labeled one message as important in each
folder and only the imap message appeared at the vFolder.

By the way, there is no "remote folder" option. They are all "active remote
folder".

Thanks
