Bug Description

On startup evolution tries to merge system NSS database (/etc/pki/nssdb) and user NSS database (~/.pki/nssdb), but this fails with following message:
(evolution:8009): camel-WARNING **: Failed to initialize NSS SQL database in sql:/etc/pki/nssdb: NSS error -8126
Тherefore initialization of NSS fails and certificates on registered smart cards are unavailable in Evolution. This makes signing e-mail with certificate on smart card impossible.

It seems that root of the problem is the line "library=libnsssysinit.so" in /etc/pki/nssdb/pkcs11.txt. If libnsssysinit.so is removed from this line, system database can be correctly initialized and certificates from smart cards are available. Google-chrome successfully loads NSS database, so it seems that this is specific to evolution problem, and not NSS bug.
