Help system doesn't work

Bug Description

I was looking for information in the Help system and a popup keeps showing up
saying:
Could not load section
The section ‘(null)’ does not exist in this document. If you were directed to
this section from a Help button in an application, please report this to the
maintainers of that application.

Opening the file /usr/share/gnome/help/evolution-2.2/C/evolution-2.2.xml in
firefox, the browser reports a malformed XML:
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: file:///usr/share/gnome/help/evolution-2.2/C/evolution-2.2.xml
Line Number 16, Column 25: <productname>Evolution&trade;</productname>

It seems as it's using an unknown &trade; entity.
