Can't add another account

I went to add another account in evolution and I got to the identity page and
the next button always stayed greyed out. I tried it multiple times and no
matter what I put on the lines it would never allow me to click next and
continue through the new account wizard.

same issue here, I've opened a bug upstream about it and will try to get it
