Bug Description
Package some of the evo plugins. Specifically bbdb, but any/all would be good.
They are inside the tarball, and enabled with -- options passed to configure.

.
* Build the plugins too (Hoary: #4527).
* debian/control:
- changed the Build-Depends on libpam-dev to libpam0g-dev.
* debian/rules:
- use --enable-plugins.
