Making a filter to redirect a message does not work

Making a filter to forward to another email address, sends the message to the outbox. But then it will not be send, it stays in the outbox.

In Ubuntu 12.04 it still worked most of the time.

What should happen:

If i make a filter to forward to an email, it will be send.

What does happen:

The redirected mail(s) stays in the outbox and is not sent.

A test as you described shows this bug to be valid.

I also have it working correctly under 12.04, but nothing leaves the outbox under 12.10.
