Bug Description

After upgrading to 12.10 Evolution, I can not send email. I am not prompted for a password when connecting to a POP3 server. I am never prompted for a password nor can I find a place to set a password.

For me, it helped to delete the account and re-add it in the preferences. It looks like the account migration from the previous version of Evolution failed. Of course, this is still a bug, since existing data should be handled with care. But maybe it helps.
