Signature inserted twice when replying or forwarding

Bug Description
After a recent upgrade to 12.10 beta 1:
I have an e-mail signature with five lines of text:

Line B
Line C
Line D
Line E
This is inserted properly into new messages. However, when replying to a message, or forwarding a message, it is inserted twice, separated by a blank line:

Confirming, I can reproduce this easily. I'll look at fixing this up, it's really annoying.
