Evolution has no icon in Unity panel when started via keyboard shortcut

When I start evolution with my predefined keyboard shortcut (Crt + Alt + e), then there is no icon in the side panel. Screenshot attached.

Does the icon show up if you open it normally? (Opening it by pressing the icon)

Yes, it does.

Problem gone in Ubuntu 12.10. Same short-cut but the icon appears now.
