Can't get gloal addresses from exchange server

Bug Description

1) Description: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS; Release: 12.04
2) evolution-mapi 3.2.2-1

3) After successfully installing the mapi-extension i am able to read and send emails. Now, i'd also like to access the global address book ... FAIL

4) I keep getting the following errors (as seen when starting evolution at the console):

probably this is the same source of problem inhibiting my calendar to work?
