It doesn't minimize evolution immediately on startup

Bug Description
It starts the app if i configure it to do so and i configure to minimize it to tray and to run i background but i doesn't minimize automatically. Sometimes i have to wiggle the window left and right and sometimes i have to close it myself. I'm using ubuntu 11.04 natty (Unity) I think the problem is in Unity integration but this is a newbie opinion
