This appears to be fixed in evolution and evolution exchange 2.11.91-0ubuntu1 in gutsy-devel. If anyone is still seeing it with at least that version, please report it here.

(The amd64 build for that hasn't been released as of this writing, just i386.)

This appears to be fixed in gutsy-devel with the following versions:
