Bug Description
Binary package hint: evolution-exchange
Evolution mail claims to have downloaded all mail from my Hotmail inbox. Seems to be true. However, on replying to mail or sending new, it fails to report my message as sent. Instead, stores message in Outbox. On trying to send two messages from Outbox progress reports get part-way,then shows as timed out. Cannot even quit or sign out from Evolution mail without getting message "Are you sure you want to quit because messages will not be sent until next time you use mail". Quit and restart... messages time out. A bug, or is some evil person stopping my mail deliberately? You'd think they'd have got the program to work by now.

If server connections are wrong, I ought to be able to reconfigure somehow, but messages all show as downloaded OK. Wierd, because it has not asked me for my password (not as yet stored) for downloading new messages from inbox.
