as for libexchange-storage.so, which is built by evolution-exchange, in 2.32.1 the evolution-exchange.install was packaging:

debian/tmp/usr/lib/evolution-exchange/*/*.so.*

and should be:

debian/tmp/usr/lib/evolution-exchange/*/*.so*

hence, it is not packaging:

debian/tmp/usr/lib/evolution-exchange/2.32/libexchange-storage.so
or
debian/tmp/usr/lib/evolution-exchange/2.32/libevolution-exchange-shared.so

when I fix that in a local build, I now get:

Confirming, I get the same errors and liborg-gnome-exchange-operations.so clearly depends on libexchange-storage.so.

I am waiting for this fix with couple of others.. This fix will ensure Evolution 2.32 exchange launches properly, Right now evolution exchange doesn't show up on the server type at all. The evolution-exchange is completely broken..

This bug was fixed in the package evolution-exchange - 2.32.2-0ubuntu3

I had the same problem (using 2.32). After renaming the folders of my exchange account (was in French and had some strange letters) it works now fine.
